In partnership with Trafford College, Visit Manchester offers three subsidised training courses aimed at giving service industry staff the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service.

Our service industry training courses are: -

-  CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety
-  Restaurant Skills
-  WSET Level 1 Foundation Certificate in Wines
- WSET Level 2 Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits

We can also offer you the opportunity to become a master in the kitchen with Trafford College's one day practical courses including chocolate, sugarwork and dessert master classes.
