Combining an interactive workshop with a fascinating city tour, this course aims to raise an awareness of what Manchester has to offer visitors to the city. It will help your front of house staff offer fantastic customer service by being able to answer all the tricky questions visitors may ask.

Eligibility

This course is available to both members and non-members of Visit Manchester.  It has been specifically designed to be relevant to all front-of-house staff in the tourism industry and is ideal as part of an induction programme or for staff new to the city.

Additional Information

Mapping out Manchester includes a half day workshop and a half day walking tour of Manchester city centre with an accredited tour guide. Mapping out Manchester can be delivered either as an open course on demand or flexibly as an in-house course.
