Led by experienced Master Chef Brian Mellor, this two day interactive master class will prepare aspiring media chefs to deliver effective cookery demonstrations to audiences at events, festivals, in the workplace, on TV and with other media.

This course is available to both members and non-members of Visit Manchester.

£50 + VAT

Additional Information

The master class will be practical, and will cover areas such as visual impact, voice projection, engaging with an audience and the importance of enthusiasm.  Each candidate will give individual filmed demonstrations in the kitchen. On completion of the training, there will be the opportunity for chefs to use their skills at upcoming food festivals and events.
