Mystery shopping gives you the opportunity to have an independent, unbiased assessment made of the experience that your customers receive when they interact with your business.

Eligibility

This initiative is open to both members and non-members of Visit Manchester.  Due to the limited number of places available, applicants will be assessed across a set of criteria which include membership of Visit Manchester, location, size and need.

Costs

Dependent on the type of business (retail, bar, restaurant, attraction, hotel) and your requirements (report only or report and DVD)

• Visit Manchester members from £35-£135 +VAT
• Non members £70-£270 +VAT

Additional Information

A mystery shopper will visit your business to undertake a detailed assessment then provide you with a full report.  In addition to the standard assessment you can also have the visit secretly filmed, which provides you with a DVD in addition to the written report.
