This exciting new initiative is targeted at key decision makers within tourism businesses with the aim of improving leadership and management skills to achieve company objectives.

Eligibility

This initiative is open to both members and non-members of Visit Manchester.  Due to the limited number of places available, applicants will be assessed across a set of criteria which include membership of Visit Manchester, location, size and need.

Costs

The cost of this project is £2,000 however Visit Manchester is subsidising the costs:

• Visit Manchester members £250 +VAT
• Non members £450 +VAT

Additional Information

The project is delivered using a number of different methods including one-to-one business coaching, group sessions and best practice learning. The project is delivered to suit tourism business needs over a period of 6 months.
